PRIMI Unite - Summer term 2008
DescriptionNowadays Instant Messaging applications represent a frequently used media to send messages quickly and spontaneously from one account to another. These applications only take in account that one account actually represents one person in the real world. In fact, users often hold more than one account to manage their contacts. Also, users seamlessly share logins with partners, colleagues, family members, or share infrastructures like group-used computers and mobile devices.
PRIMI Unite presents novel interaction concepts to support shared instant messaging accounts, helping to address information correctly in different context as well as increasing awareness about senders and receivers by fitting the underlying system structure to its users‘ needs.
