Sens-ation Eyes - Summer term 2007

Description

Sensors can be used to measure, e.g., a room's light intensity, motion inside of it or its temperature. Thus a room's state described by these parameters and others may be used to derive further information concerning its current situation or the ongoing cooperative process inside that room (e.g., a current meeting).

The aim of this project is to create sensor that process meta-information from video-streams to describe room situations more precisely. The focus is on the implementation of different approaches and the integration of the developed sensor in the Sens-ation platform.
