The full title is FamilyVision – smarter aging.

FamilyVision is developing a communication device appropriate for the aging population focusing on dementia prevention and intervention. The product integrates videoconferencing, information from the social network of the user, and an individually configured training program all combined with a simple intuitive user interface.

The holistic FamilyVision approach targets a multitude of risk factors to delay Mild Cognitive Impairment and dementia and to slow the progress of dementia in its beginning phase. The goal is to foster independence and to increase quality of life for the user.
