Student Volunteers

The student volunteer program is the foundation for a smooth-running and successful INTERACT. Student volunteers are a key element of the conference, managing the small (or not so small) but important details of the conference.

As a student volunteer you will have the opportunity to attend the conference, attend sessions, and meet both other students and worldwide well known researchers. You are in a privileged position to meet the people who write the papers and books you have been reading throughout your academic training. We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic, and reliable student volunteers, who want to work within a diverse team and support the conference behind the scenes.

As an SV, you will receive: free conference registration; some meals; a SV t-shirt; thank-you dinner and party. You agree to work approx. 20 hours; show up on time to tasks; attend an orientation session; arrive at the conference by Sunday morning (13 September). Among others, the following tasks await you: assisting with the conference registration; preparation and setting up of the conference rooms; technical support of the sessions; answering attendees questions.
